Georgia is an actor, and Sionnán is a writer. We are both storytellers. Both of us have experience of the mental health system. It doesn't work.

We're going to be talking about mental health. And us trying to access mental health services. And how shit that is. And we intend to fully rag on the HSE.

Like really have a go at it.

We try to make things better but sometimes all you can do is make cake.

Because cake can make everything feel better.

Alice is also here to help us.

Hopefully by the end we will be OK.
